Understand what’s happening. Explore what’s possible.
Integrated coaching means choosing tools around you, your goals and your preferences.
Reflection and practical action
We make space for your experience before jumping to solutions. Questions, simple mapping exercises and conversation rehearsal can help turn an overwhelming concern into something you can work with. You can say when a question is unclear or an exercise does not fit.
NLP: exploring language and perspective
Neuro-Linguistic Programming offers ways to examine how you describe an experience, consider another perspective and rehearse a response. I use selected tools as optional coaching exercises. NLP is not presented here as a clinical treatment or a guaranteed way to change an emotional state.
Enneagram: a lens for self-reflection
We may explore motivations, habitual reactions and patterns in how you relate to others. The Enneagram is a starting point for discussion, not a diagnosis, a prediction or a box you have to fit into.
Communication and emotional awareness
Naming feelings, separating assumptions from observations and putting a need into clear words can give us useful material to work with. We can practise a request, a boundary or a difficult conversation together.
Mediation skills: making room for perspectives
Exploring interests beneath positions can help clarify a disagreement. Individual coaching supports your preparation; formal mediation is a separate engagement with agreed participants, scope and impartiality.
Structures for reflection and conversation
Where helpful, a GROW-style conversation can move through your goal, current reality, options and a next step. Communication structures such as describing an observation, naming a feeling or need, and making a specific request can help you prepare for difficult conversations. These are optional coaching structures, not clinical protocols or guarantees.
Other learning and responsible scope
My learning has also included hypnosis and Timeline Therapy techniques. They are not advertised here as standalone treatments or used in the self-help tools. Any specialist technique would need a separate suitability discussion and an appropriate scope of practice.
Your feedback shapes the work
We check whether the focus, pace and exercises are useful. We can slow down, simplify an explanation or move toward a more concrete goal. You do not need to agree with every interpretation.
